We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the Promentum group of companies by the GEON Group,
effective immediately.

The Promentum acquisition represents a landmark point in the Group’s long-term strategy for
revolutionising the Australasian printing industry. The combined businesses will have a workforce
of over 1,500 spanning Australia and New Zealand and will provide the opportunity to offer customers
across the Tasman a comprehensive suite of print, direct marketing, mail and fulfilment solutions.

The Promentum brand will now trade under the new name of the GEON, however, the subsidiary
businesses, Scanlon Printing, Octane Digital and Penfold Buscombe, will retain their existing names
as a sub-brand.
